My career in furniture design and craftsmanship is deeply rooted in my upbringing. Growing up in my family’s workshop provided an immersive education from a very young age exploring the art of design and craftsmanship became a natural part of my life, shaping my passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing pieces that tell a story through their intricate details and quality craftsmanship.
I started at the age of 15. By the time I was 19, I had crafted my own chesterfield from scratch, including the design, frame, springs, and upholstery.
After my father passed away in 2006, I took charge of the family business D & M High-Quality Furniture, until 2016 when I made the big decision to move the company to New York City.
I have over 25 years of experience in the industry, specializing in furniture design. I would be delighted to collaborate with you to push our creative boundaries and craft beautiful, one-of-a-kind custom furniture for residential or commercial purposes.
I create full-scale drawings manually, the traditional way that produced the unique mid-century iconic furniture with elegant curves and shapes that can only be achieved by hand.

Shop drawings are a legally binding agreement between [Designer’s Company Name] and [Manufacturer’s Company Name], ensuring the final product perfectly matches your specifications.
Both parties must review them before fabrication to confirm alignment with your accordingly with the client’s needs, style,comfort,design and functional needs.
Production only begins after mutual agreement on all aspects. This process minimizes errors and delays, guaranteeing a high-quality result.

To get started on your furniture drawings, please share some inspirational images or a quick sketch also details on your desired style, materials, dimensions and any special features for each piece (sofas, armchairs, beds, tables, etc.).
The more detail you provide, the better I can understand your vision.
You can choose what type of drawings you will need for your custom furniture.
Tell me what views you need (we’ll typically include side, front, and top views at full scale, with back and bottom views added if necessary). I’ll provide you with high-resolution (36-inch wide) PDF files for printing.
